Our house is located 12 min north of the walled beautiful city of Lucca. Its set on a south facing hillside with fantastic views of the valley below.
Within 3 minutes by car you reach Ponte a Moriano with restaurants, bars, pharmacy, big supermarket, etc
Florence is 45 min away and you will reach the coast and the beach at Marina di Vecchiano within 30 min

Layout
The house has three floors. Ground floor is open plan with kitchen and living room.
In the basement there are two bedrooms and a small bathroom. The top floor holds the master bedroom and a bigger bathroom with fantastic views.
The outside areas are laid back and there is a very tranquil pool area with fantastic views.
To Do
Just kick back and unwind by the house, relax by the pool, have a glass of prosecco. The house is modern and have all the mod cons you need for a relaxing holiday.
Within one hour you will find a lot of places to discover. Florence, Lucca, Pisa, the beaches, Cinque Terre, Garfangana, etc
You can play tennis in Ponte a Moriano, go kayaking in the river or explore the nearby caves.
Or just relax.
